The chalet is set in tastefully landscaped grounds on a gently sloping hillside overlooking views of oxwich bay and the lovely surrounding countryside. it has a comfortable lounge/diner with colour tv,radio, coal effect electric fire, dining table and chairs, sofa and armchairs, and large patio doors looking out over oxwich bay. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom has an electric shower over the bath and a heating panel with towel rail attatched. Both the double and twin bedrooms have pillows duvets, blankets and bedspreads. Linen is not supplied. outside there is a large patio overlooking the bay, with a table, chairs and parasol so you can eat outside, or just relax and enjoy the views. There is allocated parking a few yards away.

Oxwich bay is one of the most scenic locations on the lovely gower peninsular, britain's first designated 'area of outstanding natural beauty'. It is surrounded by nature reserves, unspoilt countryside and small rural villages. Oxwich leisure park is on the edge of oxwich village perfectly poised to enjoy the wonderful views of oxwich bay and the surrounding countryside. There is a bar in the clubhouse exclusively for the chalet owners and guests, and there are a post office, tea rooms, and craft shop in the village, and on outstanding family restaurant on the edge of the bay. There are also many lovely restaurants, village pubs and cafes in the area. Local facilities include 3 golf courses, rock climbimg, surfing, scuba diving, fantastic coastal, woodland and country walks, and safe swimming from numerous award winning sandy beaches. The famous victorian village of mumbles, with its many cafes, ice cream parlours, restaurants, shops and fabulous views accross swansea bay is a short drive away, and swansea is about 10 miles away, offering a multitude of shops and markets, theatres and cinemas, pubs and clubs, art galleries and museums. There is really too much to see and do in one holiday, it's no wonder so many people return many times to explore more of the magical gower peninsular.
